Society puts incredible pressures on all of us to be successful, presentable, and polite at all times. But where do you go when you need to be raw, real, and messy? I am here to help you navigate whatever situation you are facing by offering a nonjudgmental safe space and practical guidance. 

 

Sometimes you can be so deep in a situation that you don’t even know what you need, and that is perfectly okay! Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, we will work together to navigate your situation in a way that is tailored to fit your needs. 

 

I work with children, teens, women, and families by utilizing techniques such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and Solution-Focused therapy. I will journey alongside you as you learn techniques related to mindfulness, coping strategies, and emotional regulation, just to name a few. I also have a special interest in children and teens who are ambivalent to the therapeutic process. 

 

My goal in being your therapist is to empower you to be the best version of yourself that you can be- in both the present and the future.If you are willing to take the first step of coming to therapy, we can walk the rest of your journey together.
