Staci Levine, Graduate Level MSW Intern, CLC (Certified Life Coach), RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hours)

In my own personal therapeutic journey, I learned that an important aspect is for the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist to be a collaboration like two people in a boat; both people must paddle together for the boat to move forward. I value supporting clients in achieving their goals through an empowered, empathic, and compassionate lens. My approach is rooted in various trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT). With a warm and non-judgmental demeanor, I strive to establish a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and confidentiality.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse clients facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions in various therapeutic settings. I believe in the power of holistic healing as a certified yoga teacher, considering the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. By fostering a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions, we can identify patterns that may hold you back from leading a fulfilling life. Together, we will develop personalized coping strategies and techniques to help you overcome obstacles, promote self-awareness, and build a stronger sense of self.

Currently, I am in the final year of my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Georgia. During my free time, I find immense joy in spending quality time with loved ones, unleashing my creativity through crafting and baking, and embarking on new trails and hikes outside. I look forward to learning more about what you enjoy doing in life and having the opportunity to work with you! Together, we will embark on a transformative journey towards growth, healing, and achieving your therapeutic goals.
